Our client, one of Canada's most recognizable retail business groups, is looking for a Facilities Coordinator for their office in Scarborough. We're looking for a very professional, upbeat, and friendly individual with excellent communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail.

As a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and
- Inspection of the facilities and creating reports
- Managing vendor relationships and training vendors on work order and billing procedures
- Providing process and procedure training.
- Other duties as assigned

- 2-3 years of facilitative experience in a warehouse environment
- HVAC experience an asset
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
