    Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join a prestigious law firm in downtown Winnipeg.

    Do you have previous experience as a Family Legal Assistant? Are driven, have high attention to detail and can juggle competing priorities? Do you have outstanding organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you an excellent communicator and want to join one of Winnipeg's top firms?

    Responsibilities
    - Opening and closing files
    - Preparing Invoices and billing
    - Schedule and change court hearings
    - Communicating with Clients and other lawyers
    - Drafting letters, dictation, transcriptions, managing calendars
    - Providing other legal administrative support as required

    Qualifications
    - Minimum 3 years of experience as a family legal assistant
    - Outstanding organization and time management skills
    - Willingness to learn and able to handle a heavy workload
    - Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and able to interact with clients
    - Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently
    - Great communication skills
