Responsibilities
•Work under the supervision of the General Manager
•Manage the execution of the all applications
•Perform Preventive Maintenance of the Company’s loss prevention applications
•Travel to various areas of NB, NS and occasionally QC with flexibility of working night and weekend shifts, to manage and troubleshoot the Company’s systems
•Able to interface with the US Engineering team on a very technical level for electronics, software, and mechanical engineering topics
•Able to comply with building codes and standards for installing equipment in commercial facilities
•Makes substantive and comprehensive decisions on job sites regarding appropriate work needed to remedy system issues
•Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, while remaining highly organized and efficient
•Take and follow through on directions and instructions while remaining customer focused
Qualifications
•Exemplify excellence in professionalism in all aspects of day-to-day duties and responsibilities
•Communicate warmth, understanding, adaptability, and helpfulness when interacting with all internal and external contacts

•Minimum 3+ years of experience directly related to the configuration and support of devices in a retail environment such as point of sale systems, alarm systems, or security camera systems; experience in electrical and low voltage devices; experience using an oscilloscope and RF Spectrum Analyzer; and experience taking detailed measurements with a set of calipers. Strong knowledge of RFID and Bluetooth Communications. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must to ensure cooperation and positive results.
•Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and ability to retain training knowledge to work independently are a must. Computer skills, including software used in this office (Navision, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet)
