Responsibilities
Manage the execution of the Company's Cart Containment and Purchek installations Perform Preventive Maintenance to these systems
- Travel to various areas of the country, with flexibility of working night and weekend shifts, to manage and troubleshoot the Company’s systems.
- Able to interface with the US Engineering team on a very technical level for electronics, software, and mechanical engineering topics
- Able to comply with building codes and standards for installing equipment in commercial facilities
- Makes substantive and comprehensive decisions on job sites regarding appropriate work needed to remedy system issues
- Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, while remaining highly organized and efficient
- Take and follow through on directions and instructions while remaining customer focused
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience directly related to the configuration and support of devices in a retail environment such as point of sale systems, alarm systems, or security camera systems; experience in electrical and low voltage devices; experience using an oscilloscope and RF Spectrum Analyzer; and experience taking detailed measurements with a set of calipers. Strong knowledge of RFID and Bluetooth Communications. Strong
communication and collaboration skills are a must to ensure cooperation and positive
results.
Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and ability to retain training knowledge to work independently are a must. Computer skills, including software used in this office (Navision, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet).
