Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Directly manage, develop, and ensure top performance and productivity of 10-12 Field Service Technicians (performance management)
•Build, actively grow and maintain strong customer relationships
•Administrative duties: reports, paperwork, emails, etc
•Budgetary understanding and KPI targets/performance
•Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations
•Build and sustain a culture of accountability, team work, team spirit and continuous improvement
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
•At least 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment, Aerial Lift or Diesel Mechanic
•At least 2-3 years of leadership experience
•Strong leadership skills, effective communication, great attitude, and ability to motivate others
•Efficient delegation, time management and organizational skills
