Field Service Technician II

Responsibilities
 You will provide on-site support to external customers.
 You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of automated
pharmacy machines and/or equipment.
 Troubleshoots, repairs, and provides maintenance to automated pharmacy machines
and/or equipment on customer site in accordance with established procedures and
guidelines.
 Adjusts machine settings according to specifications to complete tasks accurately in a
timely fashion.
 Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.

Qualifications
 Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanics, or
related field
 Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related field
 Experience working with a multitude of tools
 Electro-mechanical background
 Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally, with key stakeholders,
leadership, partners, team members, other organizations, and customers
 Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control aspects of automation
systems.
 Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including MS Outlook
 Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining
attention to detail and quality
 Demonstrated capability to achieve results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
