Responsibilities
You will provide on-site support to external customers.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of automated
pharmacy machines and/or equipment.
Troubleshoots, repairs, and provides maintenance to automated pharmacy machines
and/or equipment on customer site in accordance with established procedures and
guidelines.
Adjusts machine settings according to specifications to complete tasks accurately in a
timely fashion.
Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanics, or
related field
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related field
Experience working with a multitude of tools
Electro-mechanical background
Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally, with key stakeholders,
leadership, partners, team members, other organizations, and customers
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control aspects of automation
systems.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including MS Outlook
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining
attention to detail and quality
Demonstrated capability to achieve results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
