Field Service Technician
Do you have previous experience as an automotive, heavy duty or heavy engine mechanic or technician? Have you worked with small engines or are mechanically inclined? Advantages:
•Competitive wages based on experience start between $23 - $35/hour and quickly increase based on performance
•Permanent full-time work. Usual schedule Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
•Benefits include health, vision, dental and RRSP matching program
•Work vehicle (less than 5 years old), cell phone and tablet provided
•$5000 of tooling and safety equipment provided after the probationary period
•Advancement opportunities available and encouraged as well as continuous training
Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician:
•Effective time management to ensure clients are reached in a timely manner
•Build strong customer service relationships
•Independently troubleshoot and repair equipment in busy environments
•Complete all reports and paperwork concisely and as per requirements
•Reach out to colleagues and supervisor for assistance as needed
Qualifications:
•Criminal background check is required
•Valid G drivers license
•Related experience or mechanical aptitude
•Successfully complete a mechanical/electrical aptitude test
•Bilingual is an asset
