The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in heavy duty equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on safety and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also important in this role.

Responsibilities
What are your responsibilities?
- Maintain and repair on and off-road equipment, including heavy trucks, bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery
- Conduct overhauls, preventative maintenance, and testing the equipment to ensure optimal performance levels
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnostic tests, and preventive maintenance on heavy mining equipment, including trucks, bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and drills.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Fall Protection certification
- Confined Space certification
