Here is what the machine operator will receive:
- We offer you the day shift
Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm and finish early on Fridays 7am-1:30pm
- We offer a competitive salary of $24.48
- We have several retention bonuses
$250 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months

- 2 weeks vacation / sick days

- Located in Baie D'Urfe in the West Island of Montreal
- Reimbursement on work boots once you complete the probation period
Responsibilities
- The machine operator prepares, adjusts, operates the entire paint filling line
- Directs the work of other line employees
- Controls the quality of the filling according to the given specifications and takes the necessary actions to solve the problems
- Maintain the cleanliness of the premises and cleaning in place of the filling lines
- Document activities on the fill sheet
Qualifications
- 1+ years of stable machine operator experience
- Production or paint domaine experience (an asset)
- Highschool diploma or equivalency
- Good communication skills in french
- Above all else, we are looking someone who would like to stay in our company LONG-TERM!
