Responsibilities
Contributing in this role means:
- Accounting, preparation of invoicing and follow-up of inter-company transactions;
- Responsible for accounting for salary entries, including data analysis prior to processing;
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly analyses (balance sheets and results for several companies);
- Preparation of monthly reports to managers and management;
- Act as a contact person for other departments) with respect to accounting activities;
- Prepare accounting information for annual external audits and various internal audits
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget of the administration department;
- Collaborate with the various international divisions of the group;
- Perform other related duties.
Qualifications
- University degree in accounting or equivalent training
- CPA designation or in the process of obtaining one, a strong asset
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Bilingual environment, as the teams are spread across Canada.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good team spirit
- Be able to manage multiple projects at once
- High level of accuracy, organization, analysis and autonomy
