Working closely with the CEO and members of the management team, you will be responsible for developing financial and growth strategies for the company and implementing efficient accounting and financial processes.

Responsibilities
As a Director of Finance for a SME - Tech, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards
- Preparing budgets and analyzing variances and adjustments with the analyst
- Designing and implementing efficient financial processes, policies, and procedures
- Providing financial analysis, recommendations, and reports to senior management
- Managing cash flows and financial risks
- Building and supervising the accounting team
Qualifications
For this role of Director of Finance - SME - Tech, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Mandatory CPA
Minimum 7 years of experience in budget planning and with a good understanding of financial modeling
Bilingual
Experience in services
