Finance Director

Responsibilities
-Manage the accounting department and the finance function strategically
Build and manage Budgets
Manage the Cash flow of the business
build and Analyze the financial statements and present your results
Manage the policies & procedures and the internal controls rules in line with all accounting matters.
Oversea the billing process
be the contact person for the external auditors
Manage risk and requirements in relation to the insurance
Go-to person for accounting norms and complex accounting
operations
Point person for all financially related matters in the business
Support the controller's function and role as required.





Qualifications
CPA
min 6-8 years of experience which includes 3 years as managing a team
Good communication in French ( verbal and written ) is a must
Bilingual French & English
Some experience in accounting firms early in your career is considered an asset.
Experience in Real-Estate /leasing is an asset
Knowledge of the HOPEM software an asset
