Responsibilities
-Ability to manage project expectations and deliverables, is needed to carry out the delivery of accounting advice engagements under IFRS and assume responsibility of the engagements from beginning to end.
-Carrying out accounting advice engagements in accordance with IFRS and taking control of the engagements from start to completion, which will include good project management abilities, including managing client deliverables and expectations.
- Stay up to date on relevant and expanding financial reporting standards, securities and regulatory requirements, and emerging accounting/business concerns.
- Assist customers with a wide range of financial reporting duties, such as financial statement preparation, working paper creation, and liaison with clients' auditors.
- Create solutions that are fit-for-purpose by learning about your clients' preferences and business restrictions.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of finance experience
- Exhibited analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a drive to improve technical knowledge by investigating and examining accounting standards.
- Interest in understanding the two new IFRS insurance standards
- Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to manage conflicting requests while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Summary
Salary: 80,000-100,000
