Complete in-depth financial analysis and research on potential investment
Build dynamic financial models to reflect
Maintaining ongoing income forecasting, cash flow reporting, asset management, and sensitivity analyses;
Preparation of various financial pro formas for new debt or investments
Provide underwriting, transactional analysis, and financial leadership
Responsible for the preparation of management and investor reports;
Present financial information to Investor Groups;
Responsible for special projects to improve process efficiency and operational performance;
Assisting the senior team members in the preparation of monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting packages to business partners, and
Qualifications
The candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant exp ( Investor relations, M&A modeling, FP&A( including treasury) )
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or Greater
Ideally is in the process of obtaining his CPA or CFA or has recently completed
Must have some experience in modeling
Strong knowledge and use of modeling tools, including but not limited to Excel
