We have a permanent position open for our client in the aerospace industry. This role involves posting journal entries, financial statement preparation as well as some experience in cash forecasting. Our ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of experience, and is able to commute to the onsite location in Mississauga 4 days per week. Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate financial records, including recording transactions and preparing accounts reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
Assist in the monthly consolidation process, assist in budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including preparing back-up
schedules and performing analytical reviews
Responsible for daily cash accounting and reporting, including performing daily cash reconciliation and intercompany reconciliations
Prepare divisional and consolidated cash analysis and reports (AR, AP, CAPEX, borrowing and investing)
Execute day-to-day banking operation and resolve issues as they arise
Qualifications
Experience in cash forecasting, long to medium term
Journal Preparation, posting and financial statement preparation
Experience working with banks, doing ETF, wire payments
Required to have worked in Canada min of 5 years consistently
Open to those in pursuit of their CPA designation
