    Under the supervision of the Director - Bonding and Financial Pre-qualification, you will be responsible for protecting the financial interests of the Company by identifying subcontracting partners at risk and advising on mitigation measures. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the bonding program.

    Responsibilities
    Pre-qualify and financially analyze subcontracting partners to determine their ability to perform contracted work on our projects, and take a position with a recommendation;
    Communicate with the controllers and financial managers of our subcontracting partners and invite them to share their financial information in confidence;
    Be a resource person with approval authority;
    Manage our SDI (Subcontractor Default Insurance) projects. SDI is an insurance policy that allows to manage the risk associated with our subcontractor partners' defaults by pre-qualifying them;

    Qualifications
    University degree in business, finance or accounting or equivalent experience;
    2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, bonding, or in a similar position;
    Knowledge of bonding/security and the construction industry (an asset);
    Excellent communication skills (oral, written and in person);
    Excellent communication skills (oral, written and in person); Perfect command of French and English, both oral and written;
    Have a good sense of rigor, thoroughness, and organization;
    Have a good capacity of autonomy and to formulate recommendations;
    Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
    Enjoy working in a team, with dynamic people!
