- CPA and professional development support
Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Reporting:
- Lead the finance function with discipline, ensuring a strict 10-day month-end close cycle.

- Manage the full annual budgeting process and year-end reporting (completed by June 30th).
Commercial Partnership:
- Partner with Sales and Production teams to support tender submissions and pricing strategies.

- Insurance Oversight: Manage the renewal and compliance of all corporate policies (General Liability, Auto, Property, Cyber, and Directors' Liability).
- IT & ERP: Act as the internal lead for ERP management and liaise with outsourced IT providers to ensure system stability.
Team Development:
- Mentor and supervise the AP and AR staff, conducting weekly 1:1s to drive efficiency and professional growth.
Qualifications
