Responsibilities
Provide financial planning and track actual results versus plans
Manage forecasts and budgets across various departments
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and other internal customers
Conduct planning and budgeting reviews with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and monitor actual results versus forecasts
Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvements and identify areas of efficiency.
Qualifications
This position requires the following qualifications:
Manufacturing experience
3+ years of related experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience with planning tools is an asset
Strategic and hands-on capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Proven track record of meeting deadlines
Proficiency in technology and advanced system use
Skilled in troubleshooting.
