Responsibilities
Evaluating and supporting the organization's product cost accounting systems and processes to ensure they align with current business requirements.
Developing and monitoring financial plans to ensure financial stability and growth.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Education, and other internal teams to provide financial insights and enhance their financial literacy.
Managing forecasts and budgets across various departments to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Conducting planning and budgeting reviews with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align with company goals and objectives.
Collaborating on implementing digital solutions for product cost planning and analytics.
Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and tracking actual results versus forecasts to provide recommendations for improvements.
Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements and identifying areas of efficiency to enhance overall financial performance.
Qualifications
•Manufacturing experience is an asset
•Strong financial planning and analysis are required
•Advanced Excel is required
•Data visualization tools are an asset
•Strong communication skills is a must

Compensation: 70,000-90,000
