    Are you looking for a Fitting/Welding TIG/MIG role, in Burlington, ON?

    Do you have experience with MIG aluminum, and TIG stainless?

    Are you looking for a straight day shift or straight afternoon shift?

    Day shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
    Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm

    - Up to $35 hour, depending on experience
    - Convenient Burlington, ON location
    - Full-time, 40 + hours per week
    - Direct hire onto company payroll
    - Straight Day OR straight afternoons available

    - Lots of variety, won't be a "production" welding atmosphere
    - Company will certify you with CWB tickets
    - Company BBQ's, Health and Safety lunch and learns
    - Well lit, indoor fabrication shop

    Responsibilities
    - Reproducing parts and pieces for repairs and rebuilds
    - Fitting and fabricating in "confined spaces"
    - Working at heights, at times throughout the day
    - Welding both MIG and TIG, about 50 / 50 split
    - If able, working on brake press and shear equipment
    - Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

    Qualifications
    - A Fitter welder, with 3+ years MIG and TIG welding/fitting experience
    - Custom job shop experience, no two pieces will be the same
    - Must have experience with all positions ideally
    - If tickets expired, must be able to pass weld certification - company will provide certification process
    - Looking for someone with Aluminum and Stainless steel welding and fitting experience
    - Familiar with light gauge metals, up to 3/8 inches in thickness
    - Experience with other machine shop equipment: torches, cutters, grinders, saws, hand tools, shear, brake press
    - Able to use measuring tapes, and measuring tools
    - Familiarity with blueprints and reproducing parts
    - Ability to work well alone, and in a team setting
    - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
