What's in it for you?

- $25++ hourly, depending on experience
- Convenient Hamilton, ON location
- Located on a bus route
- Full-time, 40 + hours per week - overtime after 40 hours
- Opportunity to be hired onto client payroll
- Straight day shift: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am-4:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am-2:00 pm
- Weekly pay, direct deposit

- Lots of variety, won't be a "production" welding atmosphere

What you will be doing?

- Reproducing parts and pieces for repairs and rebuilds
- Lay out and assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Cutting plates, drilling, bending
- Welding FLUX, stainless and aluminum
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Who are we looking for?

- A Fitter welder, with 5+ years FLUX welding/fitting experience
- Custom job shop experience, no two pieces will be the same
- Familiarity with blueprints and reproducing parts
- Must have experience with all positions ideally
- Looking for someone with Aluminum and Stainless steel welding and fitting experience
- Experience with other machine shop equipment: torches, cutters, grinders, saws, hand tools, shear, break press
- Able to use measuring tapes, and measuring tools
- Ability to work well alone, and in a team setting
- 80% of the job will be fitting/fabricating, 20% welding
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
