Responsibilities
- Utilize the load board (Loadlink/DAT) to book loads for drivers on route
- Negotiate the rates
- Constant communication with company drivers
- Dispatch the drivers providing route information, pick-up and drop-off times
- Updating customers with ETA/ETDs
- Billing and invoices
- Provide all information of shipments product, weight, etc.
- Work in collaboration with President
- Support with accounting duties

Qualifications
- Atleast 3 years experience in Dispatching for North America shipments FLATBEDS
- Experience with custom clearances
- Must have experience with Loadlink and/or DAT
- English is necessary, French, Punjabi and Hindi is an asset
