    Responsibilities
    The food clerk must:
    - Maintain a clean work environment at all times
    - Put the products in bags then put them in boxes and prepare the boxes as well
    - Assemble pallets and move them
    - Manage pallets on the floor, check and remove defective or unsanitary pallets from the circuit, then proceed to destruction
    - Clean refrigerator floors when needed
    - Respect and apply hygiene and sanitation standards (SQF, HACCP)
    - Comply with health and safety standards for all tasks to be performed

    Qualifications
    What is required for this job for one person:
    - Knowledge or experience on a production line in the food sector (an asset)
    - Be comfortable in manual tasks
    - Physical ability to lift loads of 5 to 25 kg
    - Attentive and diligent
    - Be able to work standing for extended periods
    - Ability to work in a refrigerated and humid environment (essential)
