Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible to:
*Transport raw and packaging materials from one location to another
*Place broken pallets in the designated garbage areas
*Complete the correct SAP transactions to stage & backstage raw and packaging materials
*Complete the proper powered industrial vehicle inspections at the beginning of the shift.
*Follow all health & safety guidelines and FEFO (First Expire, First Out) principles
*Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To work as a Forklift Operator, you should:
*Be legally eligible to work in Canada
*Have a valid license to safely operate industrial vehicle (BT and/or Walkie Rider)
*Have a minimum of 1 year of experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (BT and/or Walkie Rider)
*Have strong oral & written communication skills (English)
*Be a High School graduate
*Be attentive to housekeeping; keep area clean and neat at all times
