Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operating various forklifts safely and efficiently (e.g., reach, counterbalance, order picker, walkie).
- Shipping & Receiving: Executing trailer loading and unloading operations with speed and attention to detail.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Using RF scanners for precise inventory tracking and management.
- Warehouse Flow: Assisting with general warehouse stocking, organization, and cleaning to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current or previous forklift certification.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience operating forklifts
- Work Setting: Demonstrated experience in a professional warehouse or production setting.
- Physical Capacity: Physical capacity to perform required tasks, including necessary lifting and standing.
- Safety Focus: An absolute commitment to all safety protocols and procedures is non-negotiable.
- Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Reliable Transportation is a Strong Asset: Having reliable personal transportation (a car) is a significant advantage, as many high-opportunity sites are not easily accessible by public transit.
