Forklift operator

Our client in Pointe-Claire is looking for some experienced forklift reach operators with valid licenses to join their ever expanding team. You will be driving the forklift 90% of the time, with some pallet wrapping as well. As a forklift operator, you will be unloading trucks, preparing pallets with the product, and placing the pallets of product onto racking. The materials are both aerospace related as well as general retail. This is a day shift role, and the salary is 22$/hour.

Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and palletize the product
- Drive the pallets to the appropriate location in the warehouse
- Lift the pallets up to the racking and place them
- Some loads may be extra heavy and oversized
- Load customers' trucks with pallets of their product

Qualifications
- Valid forklift reach license
- Minimum one year of forklift driving experience, must be recent
- Comfortable with a criminal background check
- Follows safety and security measures while operating the forklift
