Job title – Forklift Counterbalance

Pay: $21/ hr

Locations:
Scarborough - Lawrence Ave. E & Midland Ave.

Shift:
Monday - Friday
Afternoon: 3:30PM - 12:00AM


(candidates must be double vaccinated)

Responsibilities
• Preform basic warehouse duties
• Load and unload product for truck, flatbed or container
• Move product within warehouse by using propane & electric Counterbalance Forklifts
• Off load trailers quickly and double and triple stack open Gaylord boxes
• Maintain safety standards while working at a fast pace
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
• Clean and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are me

Qualifications
Punctual and Reliable
2+ years of warehouse experience
2+ years of Experience with warehouse equipment (Forklift Counterbalance propane & electric)
Ability to carry and lift up to 50+ lbs with assistance
Be able to stand for 8 hours or more daily
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Have a valid Forklift license
Experience double and triple stacking uneven loads
Great manual dexterity and coordination
Ability to operate quickly and safely in a smaller warehouse
