Our client, a major player in the Canadian insurance and real estate industry, is looking to hire a Front desk clerk residential for their downtown Montreal office.
What the company will offer:
- 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm in person) ;
- 3 weeks of vacation time;
- Insurance (after 3 months) ;
- RRSP (after 3 months);
- Stable and human team;
- Salary between 40k$ and 45k$ (depending on experience);

Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to residents and their visitors as they enter and exit the building;
- Demonstrate a strong sense of community;
- Receive personal messages for residents and pass them on when you meet with them or as agreed upon;
- Reserve amenities or conference rooms in the building for residents when appropriate;
- Assist residents with directions, if necessary;
- Providing access to the authorized service provider;
- Parcel management;
- Managing parking requests and storage spaces;
- Assigning maintenance requests to the technician;
- Manage and assist residents in resolving their issues in a timely manner;
- Perform other administrative duties as required;
Qualifications
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- One to three years of experience in a work environment (customer service or admin or hospitality);
- High school diploma or GED preferred;
- Experience in building management (an asset);
- Good communication skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English (written and oral) is mandatory;
- Be a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, creativity and flexibility;
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people;
