    Are you a talented and driven Front End Developer who thrives in Cloud environments? We are hiring for our international Fortune 500 Client, based out of the Greater Vancouver Area. This is a frontend development API focused software developer opportunity. If you want to work in a technology driven innovation group that specializes in rapid development of cloud based end-to-end enterprise applications and services, this is the role for you!

    Responsibilities
    •Implement and maintain the look and feel of multiple enterprise web and mobile applications
    •Work closely with UX designers, product managers and backend developers to build user-friendly web experiences
    •Implement cloud-based products and services
    •Integrate with external customer and 3rd-party systems
    •Write large amounts of code, perform code reviews, write unit tests and documentation
    •Participate in scrum team
    •Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development

    Qualifications
    •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
    •Minimum of 5 years of Frontend focused development experience in one or more of these areas: Node.js, React/NextJS, Express, Angular, Svelte, Hapi.js, Hugo, HTML5, CSS, LESS/SASS
    •Knowledge & experience in AWS, MongoDB, micro-services architecture, containerization, and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes etc.)
    •Ability to identify technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and apply responsive design solutions
    •Have general understanding of web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, REST, gRPC, HTTP, TLS, OAuth)
    •Solid understanding of the web application development life cycle
    •Good understanding of computer science concepts, design patterns, algorithms and data structures
    •Know how to write readable, maintainable, and performance object-oriented codes
    •Understanding of security concepts, such as, encryption, authentication, key management, trust zone and apps, API, communication and data security, permission management, penetration testing
    •Understanding of the Agile software development approach, CI/CD, Gradle, Maven
    •Experience with designing a test strategy, writing test cases and automating testing
    •Genuine passion of launching great quality consumer experiences
    •Team player and good time-management skills
