Advantages
The advantages of this dispatcher position are:

- A salary between 20 and 22$/hour

- Possibility of telecommuting 2 days a week (but the work atmosphere is superb, no one telecommutes both days!)

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this position are:
- Answering incoming calls and: answering customers' questions, ensuring follow-ups and making appointments according to departments and emergencies
- Respond to email requests
- Reduce customer waiting time
- Create new processes for the company!
Qualifications
To apply for the position of Dispatcher/Front Line Support you must:
- Be bilingual (both verbal and written)
- Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Be able to travel to work in Brossard
- Be a dynamic, curious and autonomous person who likes to work at a fast pace without a complex procedure structure
