    Looking for an Oracle CC&B Functional Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert to work on the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Upgrade Project (Project Customer 360).

    The project is looking for a candidate who has solid functional and solution architecture and integration experience in implementing Oracle CC&B and its related technology stack (Oracle WebLogic, OSB, Database 19c). This would include in-depth working knowledge and experience with the functional aspects of CC&B including rate engine, case management, and billing.

    These applications include CC&B and all associated interfaces (ie. MDM, AMI, External Web, other TIER1 systems) on middleware (IBM ACE, IIB, MQ, JBoss ESB).

    This role requires the candidate to lead and support the gathering of detailed technical requirements, documenting the client's system design and support documents, and ensuring CC&B implements according to IT architecture, security and performance standards. In this role, the candidate will work with various stakeholders, including the project’s external system integrator, and business units including Customer Care, IT Infrastructure, IT Security, IT Middleware and Database, and Application Support

    Responsibilities
    Main Accountabilities:
    •Responsible for the design, coordination, planning, implementation and troubleshooting of Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) architecture and all associated interfaces
    •Responsible for ensuring all project environment landscapes are designed, implemented and ready for project use (ie. DEV, TEST, PRE-PROD, etc).
    •Responsible for ensuring the non-functional requirements of the project are met with respect to the IT infrastructure and project environments. This includes but not limited to performance, security, redundancy, DR

    • Works in partnership with IT Client Consultant in determining technical options / solutions to meet business needs.
    • Provide Application Services and solutions to support IT&S project delivery and life cycle management/refresh and service management


    Project Management
    •Proactively update the Project Manager on the status of tasks and timelines
    •Supports the timely delivery of project deliverables as per the established project schedule by working closely with the business and IT teams
    •Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including, issue management, communication and change management

    Presentation Slides & Training
    •Prepare presentations and reports in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
    •Prepare training and knowledge transfer documentation to the technical staff

    Qualifications
    Must-Have:
    •Strong experience in Information Technology with experience in architecture set up of CC&B and all associated interfaces, system configuration, system tuning and bug fix, application development, and documentation
    •Previous CC&B project experience
    • Demonstrated experience in best practice design CC&B integration architecture and integration processes;
    oMiddleware and Database;
    oBusiness Applications;
    oApplication Development

    General Experience:
    •Experience and proficiency with IBM P-Series hardware and supporting management tools (ie. LPM)
    •Experience and proficiency with Oracle Weblogic
    •Experience and proficiency with Oracle CC&B version 2.8 or related
