There is a high potential for contract extension and conversion to full time employment as well.Pay rate: $33.03/hr - $36.70/hrRotational shifts: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/weekOvertime required upto 10 hoursAdvantages●Gain experience within a top 5 bank●Long term duration●Start date is ASAP●Competitive pay rateResponsibilitiesAs a KYC Analyst, your duties will include but not be limited to:●Conducting KYC due diligence searches, reviewing existing client information, obtaining public documents●Acting as Subject Matter Expert on KYC policies for Canada, US, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.●Providing advice to Business on KYC●Addressing client and business questions relating to KYC●Managing a population of clients consisting of low/medium/high risk clients undergoing periodic KYC refresh●Managing client follow-up and responses/acknowledgments, and escalate as needed●Participating in LOB Business Manager Calls●Escalating to appropriate Financial Crimes team where material adverse information has been identified●Addressing issues of potential non-compliance●Processing and troubleshooting ad hoc requests●Working with colleagues in front office, business management, and account management to close or remap accounts●Coordinating with regional KYC onboarding teams●Participating in intra-day and/or after hours testing●Providing clear and professional assistanceQualifications●Excellent computer skills●KYC onboarding/ refresh system Fenergo and/or GoldTier●English, strong oral and written communication skillsNice to Haves:●Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation●Any financial accreditations such as the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)●Operations or Technology degree, background, or experience●Tax knowledge●French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages are an assetSummaryInterested in the KYC Analyst role in Toronto?
