Responsibilities
- Process the documents received related to problematic files (electronic or paper) in order to
complete the fundings of contracts without delay.
- Handle incoming calls from dealers and provide answers / solutions to their
requests, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with dealerships for missing documentation related to files.
Qualifications
- College diploma (DEC) or University diploma (BAC);
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English);
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automobile financing (asset)
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Business
