Responsibilities
- Process received documents related to problem files (electronic or paper) to
complete the contract discount without delay.
- Handle incoming calls from dealers and provide answers/solutions to their
requests, while offering exceptional service.
- Follow up with dealers for missing documentation related to problem files.
Qualifications
- Minimum College Diploma (DEC)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and French);
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Mastery of the Office Suite
Summary
If you have a DEC or a BAC, if you are bilingual ( French and English), you have experience in administration.
