Do you have over 2 years of experience as a Fundraising Manager? Do you love managing people and know what it takes to build a team from the ground up?

Would you love the opportunity to have the creative freedom to build the fundraising infrastructure, launch the tools, and create exciting fundraising and marketing strategies?

Are you someone with 2-3 years of Project Management experience and 1-2 years working in and around a non-profit?

If the answer is YES, WE have an amazing opportunity for YOU! We are looking for a young and eager Fundraising Manager who will help grow a team at a downtown Toronto non-profit organization! As a Fundraising Manager, you will be spearheading a new group of fundraisers to grow the donor list for this housing and shelter organization that is revamping their vision, mission, and image. This is the time where you can be innovative and make sure your ideas are heard!

What YOU will be doing as a Fundraising Manager:

• Grow and manage a small team from the ground up
• Coach and mentor the fundraising team to be successful
• Develop a growth strategy
• Build the fundraising infrastructure and targets
• Work with partners or vendors to create KPI tools
• Work with the marketing team to roll out marketing strategies that were developed

What YOU bring to the table:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing/Fundraising Specialist/Manager in a similar capacity is a MUST
• 1-3 years working in or around non-profit organizations
• Strong leadership experience with a driven and motivational presence
• Strong change management and project management experience
• Innovative thinker who can revamp a fundraising strategy and creative type who can build from nothing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self starter attitude with an ability to make important judgments

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is PREFERRED
