Process group insurance invoices.
Perform employee additions and deletions.
Apply for gas cards and provide monthly reports to managers.

Follow up on employee RRSP deductions and make payment to the RRSP program.
Follow-up on expense reports on the company's MC/AMEX credit cards.
Qualifications
3 years experience in payroll processing and accounting.
Must have a DEC or BAC in accounting,
Knowledge of payroll systems, Nethris is an asset
Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and good knowledge of Excel.
Languages: English and French, verbal and written.
Good organizational skills, resourcefulness, thoroughness and accuracy,
Autonomous, curious and analytical person with good communication skills
