Advantages

•Pay rate up to $28/hr on contract
•Salary up to $65,000 if the position goes permanent
•Start date is immediate, within 1-2 weeks
Responsibilities
•Prepare month-end accounting entries in ERP system and prepare management monthly report;
•Maintain balance sheet reconciliations in worksheets;
•Perform inventory analysis (cycle counts, E&O analysis);
•Prepare weekly sales report/cash report;
•Customer invoicing;
•Support accounts payables process;
•Collect accounts receivable;
•Prepare weekly financial document package for head office
Qualifications
•College or University degree in accounting
•Hands-on accounting with 2 – 3+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in a manufacturing environment);
•Good understanding of financial reporting and analytics;
•Quick learner of ERP systems (Company utilizes Great Plains);
•Confident, with the ability to accept and respond to challenges in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
•Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner;
