Responsibilities
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and all invoicing in compliance with company policies
- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations
- Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
- Perform month-end close, and journal entries, with minimum supervision
- Reconcile the general ledger accounts and prepares journal entries monthly
- On a weekly basis obtain the shop order documents
- Proven work experience in cash flow management
- Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Excellent Excel skills (Advanced)
- experience with Great Plains or any other large ERP
