    What we look for:

    • Highly motivated and dedicated individuals to work in our Belleville corrugated box converting plant.
    • Ability to work on a rotating 8-hour shift schedule Monday to Friday with overtime on a voluntary basis.
    • Safety: Must show a commitment to an interdependent safety-first attitude.
    • Positive Attitude: Consistently display positive behavior that supports the organization’s goals and objectives.
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Manufacturing experience an asset.
    • Current Forklift and/or First Aid certification an asset.

    Candidates should also be physically capable of performing routine and physically demanding work in a warm and humid environment.

    Successful candidates will be paid $19.83/hr. to start. Following the completion of the 90 days/720 hours probationary period, candidates will be paid the rate of whichever job they are scheduled to for the week (range: $20.41 to $26.43/hr.).
