We are hiring heavy general laborers for an exciting opportunity in the paint and lubricant industry here in Brampton around Kennedy and Steeles. We are looking for heavy general laborers who have worked at a manufacturing facility and who are comfortable working in a paint or lubricant environment. You will be responsible for building skids/ strapping drums on skids, labeling containers, and performing quality inspections.
Environment:
Warehouse and Manufacturing environment, attached to a manufacturing facility where they are blending lubricants, fast-paced and very busy environment.
Be prepared for the Cold environment as well. They always have the dock doors open, so it can be cold if you're working on that side. You must dress appropriately to keep yourself warm.
MUST HAVE A PROPER RESUME SHOWING THE LAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT

Responsibilities
- Paste labels on the emplty drums/ barrels and transport them using pump truck
- lift 40-50 lbs in the trailer
- Picking orders, emptying drums, ability to lift 50 lbs. on the floor
- Order picking, labeling, and refilling of the drums and containers
- Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Material handling experience
comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
Great Attitude
Willingness to work
