Randstad Guelph is looking for entry-level assembly workers to join a fun, energetic, and fast-paced production line in the South end of Guelph.
As an assembly worker in this role, you would be working with a small team to remove ID stickers and food debris from plastic produce crates, open crates before they go through the washing machine line, separate damaged crates from the line, and then sort the clean crates by shape and size once they come off of the assembly line.
But this role isn’t all work! This company hosts bi-weekly paid, on-site team events such as handing out popcorn on National Popcorn Day and making grilled cheese sandwiches for National Grilled Cheese Day!

days: 7:15am-3:15pm
afternoons: 3:15pm-11:15pm

ability to work in teams with strong communication skills
strong motor skills and hand-eye coordination
strong attention to detail
flexible to work days and afternoons
