They are looking to add a General Manager to their team, who will work with the upper management to streamline processes and build a strategic goal-oriented plan for the coming years
Advantages
• Base Salary $115 - 140K plus bonus on discussion
• 3 Weeks Vacation (negotiable)

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and direction for direct reports and indirect reports and secure their cooperation to successfully meet organizational performance requirements.
• Participates in corporate leadership and executive management meetings.
• Participation in the development of the company’s business strategy
• Closely monitor the competitors, markets, products, threats, and business opportunities, and take the necessary actions
• Provide effective management of sales territories and guide efforts to achieve the desired sales and profits
• Engage with major clients to better understand their needs and optimize the partnership – proposals, costing, quotes, etc.
• Managing/overseeing the P&L and operations of multiple branches
Qualifications
• MUST come from a manufacturing environment. Glass Fabrication, Metal, Roofing, Architectural background definitely an added advantage
* At least 5 years of sales, and management experience
• Min 5 years of experience managing a team
• Extensive ability to manage and direct business development programs with directly related experience in sales,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, custom-manufacturing environment
• Master's degree in management or business preferred
