Responsibilities
• Ensure profitability of the company by managing financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Manage the manufacturing process, including production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, and safety.
• Lead sales initiatives by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building relationships with clients.
• Oversee global reporting by analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and developing reports for executive management.
Qualifications
• Manufacturing experience: The ideal candidate must have experience managing manufacturing operations, with a deep understanding of the production process, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Operations experience: The candidate should have experience managing day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Sales leader: The candidate should be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams.
• Finance background: The ideal candidate must have a strong financial background, including experience managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and implementing financial strategies.
