Hours: 7am - 5pm, Sun-Thurs, or Tues-Sat (flexibility to alternate weekends)
Duration: 6 months, possibility of extension
Pay: $23/hr.

Responsibilities
• Coordinating/Managing the daily sign in and out of Keys.
• Working with field technicians on initiatives to ensure they have the proper access to complete their work.
• Working directly with property managers, condo boards and on-site maintenance custodians.
• Addressing technician’s access issues to ensure visibility and action to resolve the issues.
• Track project milestones, ensuring deliverables are completed and meet project requirements
• Liaise with multiple internal & external teams to manage assets/infrastructure successfully & effectively
• Investigate missing keys/fobs and persistent follow-up to restore access to needed areas.
• Building rapport with property management is critical to having success in this role.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Ensuring a dedicated focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist local supervisory team as needed.
• Various other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of office experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional communication skills - both written & verbal
- Professional demeanour
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- The ability to shift and adapt to the needs & priorities of the team
- Available to work on either Saturdays or Sundays
