Responsibilities
- Oversight of all projects to ensure they are being executed per the project requirements.
- Review productivity issues and monitor work performance and efficiency of employees and subcontractors with the Site Superintendents.
- Contribute to the development of a construction plan and manage subcontractor activities.
- Organize internal labour requirements for active and upcoming projects.
- Mentor all project team employees, including labourers, lead hands, foreman, project coordinators, project managers, and superintendents.
- Manage Health & Safety Program.
Qualifications
- Construction Education Degree or Diploma is ideal but willing to consider years related of experience.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Site Superintendent capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding and ability to review cost reporting and forecasting.
- Experience with contract and subcontract management.
- Sound knowledge of heavy civil industry or structural builds, bonus if you have experience in both aspects.
- Proven success in operational and employee management.
