Qualifications
Essential Skills
1.Seven plus (7+) years' professional experience in design, development, testing, supporting and documenting custom software or package application solutions;
2. Five plus (5+) years' professional experience with industry standard programming and scripting languages such as .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
3. Five (5) years' professional experience with web and mobile frameworks such as React, Backbone.js, AngularJS, Jquery, Node.js;
4. Five plus (5+) years' experience in UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) design discipline;
5. Five plus (5+) years’ developing with ESRI ArcGIS JavaScript API, ESRI Web AppBuilder and/or Experience Builder;
6. Five plus (5+) years’ experience in database technologies and SQL such as Oracle or SQLServer;
7. Five (5) years’ experience with secure web application development practices including OWASP principles.
Desired Skills
1 .Experience working in Agile development environments;
2. Previous experience working in large organizations
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
