    Responsibilities
    Main Responsibilities
    Your main responsibilities as Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator are divided into two parts:

    Marketing

    Collaborate on the marketing action plan and coordinate its implementation with various external partners;
    Develop and ensure the follow-up of the various advertising campaigns and analyze their performance;
    Write texts and update certain technical and advertising documents (brochures, manuals, price lists, stationery);
    Work in collaboration with the sales team to optimize the presence and influence of the company on digital platforms as well as through trade shows / corporate events or promotional campaigns;
    Manage social networks (Hootsuite), as well as the company's websites (Wordpress);
    Propose ideas and projects to automate sales efforts on the MailChimp marketing platform and maintain the database on it;
    Coordinate the purchase of promotional items and corporate clothing;
    Plan and coordinate the company's presence at various trade shows;
    Participate in the implementation of a new CRM.
    Graphic design

    Ensure the design of printed and web graphic material;
    Send the required material to external suppliers (printers, publishers) as well as to RMT reseller partners;
    Maintain the digital library available to the sales and service departments (Showpad).


    Qualifications
    Be comfortable in both MAC and PC environments;
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or DEC in graphic design with relevant experience in marketing or any other combination of education and relevant experience will be considered;
    3+ years of experience in coordination, graphic design, website updating and social media management;
    Intermediate level of English to be able to maintain a conversation, as well as write texts;
    Be skilled in the manipulation of various graphic design software (Adobe Suite);
    Possess writing skills (technical and promotional);
    Have the desire to learn and to bring new ideas;
    Be responsible, autonomous and punctual;
    Ability to work under pressure and have good organizational skills (priority management);
    Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment;
    Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team environment; Salesmanship and dynamic customer service;
    Demonstrated creativity;
    Ability to communicate and transmit information.

    Computer skills:
    Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign);
    Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) ;
    Wordpress with Elementor plug-in (Trump!) ;
    Marketing platforms (MailChimp and Hootsuite - Trump!) ;
    Social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube) ;
    Digital library platform (Showpad - Trump!).
