The Greeter is the first point of contact for a customer entering the service bay. In short, they act as the Customer Service Ambassador to ensure the entire service process is fast, transparent, and friendly.
Monday to Friday 2PM to 9.30PM
Pay: $18/hr
Noted that it's a contract up to Mid-December.

Responsibilities
Greeters must have:
• Be able to work outdoors in winter conditions for long periods of time
• Learning in-person, through reference material and flow charts.
• Effective multi-tasker organizing up to dozens of waiting customers based on their needs and the availability of the shop.
• Ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest’s needs and wants.
• General housekeeping duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Exceptional Friendliness and Warmth: The ability to genuinely smile and offer a welcoming, positive demeanor immediately.
- High Energy and Enthusiasm: Being energetic and approachable sets a positive tone for the entire interaction.
