We are looking for several General Labourers/Metal Finishers to work for an amazing company in Cambridge!

In this role, you will:

- work in a fast paced and changing environment
- grind or chip excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from the surfaces of metal products
- complete deburring operations on aluminum, steel and titanium products using hand sanders, grinders and polishers
- manage tools, gauges, and other equipment
- complete basic documentation
- visually inspect products
- have good attention to details, hand-eye coordination, results-oriented and capable of completing assigned tasks according to written and verbal instructions
- be cleanly shaven required as you will be wearing a respirator

- $16-$18 per hour plus applicable shift premiums
- continental shift 7:30 am to 7:30 pm work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 3 days
- straight continental day shift
- quarterly bonus plan

- must be closely shaven
- grinding/deburring experience using hand-held equipment an asset
- own safety shoes, glasses
- catch on quickly to new tasks
- high school diploma or equivalent
- lift up to 30 lbs continuously
- able to handle feedback in a professional manner
- preferably 6 months of manufacturing or fabricating experience
- experience using various hand tools/air tools/power tools and equipment
- english reading and writing comprehension as well as good verbal communication skills
- excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and results-oriented and capable of completing assigned tasks
according to established written/verbal instructions
- ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment
- must be able to be diplomatic and responsible
