Create architectural diagrams / design documents
Design screens, business rules, and workflow changes

Debug and unit test the code
Perform peer code reviews
Mentor junior resources
Qualifications
Guidewire, with either Policy Centre (PC) or Billing Centre (BC)
Development background is a must
